To help you plan your stay at Landhaus Platzer with ease, we’ve compiled the most important information about booking, getting here, and our amenities. This way, you’ll be fully prepared for your time in Zell am Ziller.
General Information
Arrival, Departure & On-Site Services
- Check-in: On the day of arrival from 2:00 PM to 7:00 PM. After 7:00 PM, self-check-in via the key safe is available.
- Check-out: By 10:00 AM on the day of departure
- Parking: Free parking spaces available directly in front of the house
- Non-smoking house: All public and private areas are non-smoking zones
- Pets: Not allowed
- Amenities: Bed linens, towels, toilet paper, and dish towels included
- Ski room: with heated boot and ski boot dryers
- Passenger elevator
- Bicycles: Garage for bicycles, lockable with room key, limited spaces
- Daily weather report, Tiroler Tageszeitung newspaper, general information/event tips served with breakfast
Booking & Payment
Everything you need to know about reservations, deposits and prices
- Deposit: Please transfer the deposit to the specified bank account within 10 days. The reservation is confirmed upon receipt of the deposit
- Visitor’s tax: The visitor’s tax is €2.60 per person (ages 15 and up)
- Payment: Cash, debit card, credit card (Mastercard, VISA)
- Short-stay surcharge: up to three nights +10% per person per day
Children
Discounts
- Children stay for free until their 2nd birthday
- For children staying in their parents’ room (2 full-paying guests), the following discounts apply:
* Ages 2–5: 50% discount
* Ages 6–11: 30% discount

Terms and Conditions: The provisions of the General Hotel Contract Conditions (ÖHVB) apply.
- General Cancellation Policy:
- Cancellations are only valid in writing
- No cancellation fees up to 1 month prior
- 50% of the total amount within 30 days
- 80% of the total amount within 14 days
- 100% of the total amount during the last week - Recommendation: Purchase cancellation insurance through European Travel Insurance
