Current prices & important information

Arrival / departure / on-site

Check-in: on arrival day from 2:00 to 7:00 pm. After 7 pm, self check-in is possible with the key safe
Check-out: on departure day by 10:00 am
Parking: free parking available right at the hotel
Non-smoking hotel: all public and private areas are non-smoking zones
Pets:not allowed
Amenities: bed linens, towels, toilet paper, & dish towels inclusive
Ski storage room: with heated ski boot dryer
Elevator
Bikes: garage for bikes, can be locked with the room key, limited spaces available
At breakfast daily weather report, Tiroler Tageszeitung, general info/upcoming events
Lounge: the breakfast room can also be used as a guest lounge area

Deposit: please transfer the deposit amount within 10 days to the indicated bank account. After receiving the deposit, your reservation will be confirmed.
Credit cards: please note that we do not accept credit cards!
Visitor's tax: the visitor's tax is € 1.80 per person (for those 15 and older)
Payment: we kindly ask that you pay your bill in cash during your stay.
Short stay surcharge: up to 3 nights € 5.00 per person / day

Children 0 - 2 yrs. old free
For children who stay in the parents' room (2 full-paying adults), we offer the followoing discounts:
- 3 – 5 yrs. old 50 % discount
- 6 – 11 yrs. old 30 % discount

Terms & conditions: the general hotel contract conditions (ÖHVB) apply.
Cancellation conditions:
- cancellations are only valid in writing
- the deposit will be kept as a cancellation fee
- 30 to 8 days prior to arrival: cancellation fee of 80% of the total amount
- 7 or fewer days prior to arrival or early departure: cancellation fee of 100% of the total amount
